WHY LOS GRANADOS? 
​
Although its been around for nearly 20 years, the complex of Los Granados has managed to somehow remain relatively anonymous. The setting for this complex is idyllic, located just a short walk from the pretty Puerto Cabopino, with its range of fine restaurants and variety of boats. 
​
The complex itself is located in a frontline beach location, with direct and secure access to the beach. The blocks have been designed so that each and every apartment has a totally unrestricted south facing view to the sea, and those in the Mjjas block have especially good views also down to the port. 
​
There is 24 hour security, as well as an underground car park, making Los Granados a really safe complex. 
THE FACILITIES 
​
Even though many of the visitors to Los Granados are attracted by the location, they are always pleasantly surprised by the facilities which are provided solely for their use. There are two outdoor large swimming pools, both with separate toddlers pool, situated at the bottom of the lush garden, providing yet another sea view. There is an indoor pool available for the cooler winter months, a recently renovated fully equipped gym, 2 saunas, padel courts, tennis courts, small children's play ground and a summer house with large terrace for the warm evenings.

Changing facilities and showers are available. The promenade to La Cala de Mijas starts right outside the complex, and is a beautiful 6.5km walk. 
THE APARTMENTS
​

The apartments themselves are built and furnished to a very high standard. Kitchens are always well equipped and include dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves and sometimes tumble dryers. Lounges are a good size with large glassed patio doors to terraces / gardens depending on the floor. All apartments benefit from hot & cold air conditioning. All main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Most apartments have glass curtains which enable the terraces to be used as extra space in the winter.

All apartments have WiFi and access to various international TV channels.
